Refund Policy

1.Cancel the order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.

2. Return & Exchange conditions
You can return most items for a refund within    30   days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee.

If your product meets any of the following conditions, simply take a photo and send it to us. We will promptly arrange a free replacement delivery, and you do not need to return the original item: 
1. Damaged or dirty cover.
2. Foam fails to rebound to the required height after 72 hours.
3. The zipper of the cover is damaged.
4.Received the wrong product.

3. Return form:        
We will provide you with the warehouse address, and you can send it back.
If you are unsatisfied with the product after use and are unsure how to compress it back into the box, please contact our customer service. We will provide a satisfactory solution tailored to your needs.

4. Refund:                                                        
If a refund is required, we will return the agreed amount to your payment account. From the operation of the refund to the consumer receiving the refund, it will take about   72  hours.
